Mercer Amsterdam, established in 2013 by Pim Dresen, is a forward-thinking sustainable footwear and apparel brand based in Amsterdam.

Named after Mercer Street in New York City, where Pim bought his first pair of shoes, the brand's shield logo symbolizes Amsterdam.


Mercer Amsterdam is dedicated to sustainability, crafting products in BSCI-certified factories using eco-friendly materials like Piñatex (pineapple leather), Global Recycled Standard fabrics, and PETA certified VEGAN options.


Known for its distinct, in-house designed silhouettes, Mercer has made waves with collaborations with NASA, Beverly Hills Hotel, UCLA, and Starter.


The brand also made history by being the first to use Piñatex for fully sustainable vegan sneakers and has continued to innovate with materials like Italian grapes, apples, and ocean-recovered plastic in partnership with Seaqual.


Mercer is the definition of innovation and sustainability.

Free shipping to mainland Portugal over 150€

Store Pickup

For orders within Portuguese territory, a pick up option will be available, where the items can be collected at our stores in Rīga and Lisbon. Orders made using this option will receive an e-mail notification once they are ready to be picked up at the chosen location.

 

Turnaround

We require up to 3 working days to process your order before dispatching to our courier. 

 

Carrier

We use CTT Portugal to deliver our orders and ship worldwide.

 

Order Tracking

You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID.

Take note that multi-product orders could be shipped and delivered separately.

Customs and Import Charges

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you might not be expecting.

 

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned unpaid custom charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
